core team’s meeting
Whenever the going gets tough, I need to be able to grasp something that is empowering, loving, and compassionate. So far, what has been working is my three-step meeting with my core team.
I ask my 5-year old self and 75-year old self come questions:
By doing this meeting, it helps me be grounded and put things into perspective.
